ReNueva Health and Aesthetics is a modern, patient centered clinic specializing in sexual dysfunction, pelvic floor disorders, MSK rehabilitation, and medical aesthetics. Our team delivers evidence-based care in a supportive, safe and discreet environment. We offer both insured and patient paid services, including skin rejuvenation, rosacea/melisma treatments, pelvic floor therapies and advanced wellness services. We are growing our team and seeking a skilled Aesthetician to join our multidisciplinary team.

Position Overview

The Aesthetician will provide high quality, client focused aesthetic and skincare treatments. The role is ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, compassionate, and comfortable working within a medical clinic setting. You will work collaboratively with our physicians and clinical team to ensure exceptional client outcomes and a consistent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, medical-grade skincare treatments, acne/pigmentation treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures.

  • Complete comprehensive skincare consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans and products.

  • Assist with patient flow, treatment room setup, and overall clinic organization.

  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory according to clinic protocols.

  • Ensure all treatments align with CPSA, HIA, privacy, and clinic safety requirements.

  • Document treatments accurately in Jane EMR.

  • Support front-desk tasks when required (booking, follow-ups, client education).

Qualifications:

  • Certified Aesthetician or Medical Aesthetician.

  • Willingness to learn and adopt the most up-to-date techniques, products, and new technologies.

  • Strong understanding of skincare, facial anatomy, and corrective treatment protocols.

  • Comfortable working under physician-supervised guidelines.

  • Strong communication skills and dedication to exceptional client care.

  • Professional, reliable, and able to maintain discretion.

  • Experience with Jane EMR is an asset.

  • Additional training in advanced treatments is an asset.

  • Experience in a medical aesthetics or dermatology clinic is an asset.
