What You'll Be Doing
- Lead budget planning and forecasting for residential and commercial properties in partnership with internal teams.
- Drive the quarterly asset review process, providing deep performance insights, risk analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Update financial models and assumptions as part of the mid-year reforecast cycle.
- Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools that drive smarter decision-making.
- Analyze budget vs. actuals, identify performance drivers, and offer actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with leasing, property management, and operations to align financial plans with business goals.
- Support the preparation of investor packages and client presentations.
- Take on ad hoc modeling and analysis projects to support growth initiatives and operational strategy.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance & analysis, real estate finance, or property management.
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Experience with BI tools or financial reporting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and with external clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling competing priorities.
