Route Sales & Delivery Representative - Business to Business
Location: Lower Mainland, BC

About the Role
This is not an Amazon-style drop-and-go driving job. We need someone who can sell, build relationships, and handle some hands-on warehouse and forklift work when needed.
Wagonmaster Group is looking for a sales-driven Route Sales & Delivery Representative to service established automotive clients across the Lower Mainland. You'll deliver products, restock shelves, spot sales opportunities, and support basic warehouse operations.
If you like being out on the road but also enjoy talking to customers, solving problems, and growing accounts, you'll fit well here.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver products to scheduled customers and manage route inventory.
- Restock shelves, rotate stock, and complete invoicing accurately.
- Identify sales opportunities during customer visits and communicate them to your Account Manager.
- Perform minor equipment checks/repairs (training provided).
- Assist in the warehouse: loading, organizing stock, and operating a forklift.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Coordinate with parts and service teams on orders and returns.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Sales-minded with solid communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and manage your route efficiently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable with tablets, smartphones, and basic MS Office.
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset (or willingness to train).
- Mechanical or automotive knowledge is a plus.
