Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, preparing food, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative atmosphere and are passionate about providing great dining experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, for processing customer transactions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant, adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills

  • Previous experience in food preparation and handling is preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Restaurant experience is beneficial but not mandatory; we welcome those eager to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
