Your Role as Studio Manager:

As the Studio Manager, you will be the heart and soul of your Gem Studio location. You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring every customer who walks through the door leaves with a smile and a piece of jewelry they crafted themselves. You'll also be responsible for driving sales, leading and coaching the team, and maintaining our high standards of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of talented silversmiths
  • Ensure all clients have an exceptional experience from the moment they enter to the time they leave
  • Run workshops, charm sessions, and permanent jewelry appointments as needed
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day studio operations
  • Convert inquires into bookings for workshops and appointments
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to capture content and promote the studio
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through sales and retention efforts
  • Ensure studio cleanliness and organization, creating an inviting atmosphere for clients
  • Monitor and manage studio goals, driving team performance toward financial targets
