Your Mission:
As the Manager, FP&A, you'll be a key strategic and analytical leader, driving the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes that support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
You will:
- Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, collaborating cross-functionally to align with company goals.
- Develop, analyze, and present monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and KPIs to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate performance, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Deliver proactive insights — identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that improve profitability and efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and enhance forecasting and reporting tools to strengthen business agility.
- Manage and mentor a team of senior analysts, cultivating a high-performing, collaborative, and analytical culture.
What You Bring to the Table:
Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent).
Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
Skills:
- Strong grasp of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx) are an asset.
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable with a growth mindset.
- English proficiency required; bilingualism (French/English) may be required based on role and region.

Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
