Process Consultant:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Process Consultant for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's Toronto office.

Process Consultant - Job Description:
The Business Process Analyst will support the TPS line of business by analyzing and improving business processes to ensure they align with organizational goals. This role involves understanding existing workflows, recommending enhancements, and measuring the effectiveness of changes to drive operational efficiency.

Process Consultant - Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current process models (As-is) and design improved future states (To-be).
  • Manage changes to business processes based on design specifications.
  • Document and analyze business rules critical for implementing processes.
  • Test and execute revised processes to verify desired outcomes are achieved.
  • Examine holistic impacts of process changes on people, strategy, and operations.
  • Collect and analyze feedback on process performance for future improvements.
  • Monitor and measure process effectiveness, identifying inefficiencies in workflows.

Process Consultant - Mandatory Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in process consulting with a business focus.
  • Strong ability to lead workshops and facilitate discussions.
  • Proficient in writing procedures and understanding process mapping techniques.
  • Experience analyzing information from customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business process analysis methods and goals.

Process Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with VISIO and other mapping tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Demonstrated capability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate actively with diverse stakeholders and team members.

Process Consultant – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office per week.
