Junior Bookkeeper & Office Administrator – Squamish Boutique Hotel

Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour

We're a boutique hotel in Squamish looking for an organized and enthusiastic Junior Bookkeeper/Administrator to support our daily operations. This role combines office administration, bookkeeping, and corporate sales support, helping keep our team and guest experiences running smoothly.

Your day-to-day may include:

  • Managing general office tasks: correspondence, purchasing, and inventory tracking
  • Supporting corporate sales: researching clients, creating proposals, and sending email campaigns
  • Serving as a key contact for corporate accounts, ensuring excellent communication
  • Assisting with bookkeeping: expense tracking, invoices, receipts, and monthly reconciliations using QuickBooks
  • Collaborating with management and front office teams to coordinate group bookings and guest needs
  • Helping with special projects and operational tasks as needed

What we're looking for:

  • Strong QuickBooks skills and experience with MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Professional, friendly, and proactive with a customer-focused mindset
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism is preferred

  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to help wherever needed
  • Appreciation for guest experience and boutique hotel presentation
