The Role:

As a Team Member, you are the heart of our operation. You'll wear many hats—from crafting dough to greeting guests—ensuring every customer leaves happy. We have flexible schedules for both full-time and part-time positions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, energetic, and courteous service to all guests.
  • Accurately take and process orders in-store, online, and by phone.
  • Master our recipes to prepare food that meets our high standards for quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment.
  • Handle cash and card transactions with care and accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for great food and service.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent personal grooming and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant is a plus, but a willingness to learn is most important.
