Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Most of our clients are located in the city of Vancouver, BC. For this reason, it is necessary to be able to commute in a timely manner, regardless if it is with a car or public transportation.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • When necessary, manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
  • Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of all cleaning tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and/OR Portuguese is required.
  • Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain order in cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • A background in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
