Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods, demonstrating strong time management skills.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
  • Perform basic math calculations for order processing and cash handling as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks during peak hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.
