This role is ideal for a final-year student or recent graduate who is highly organized, people-focused, and passionate about storytelling, community engagement, and project coordination. You'll help document the journeys of alumni through interviews, research, and content coordination that will inform a major public-facing report, social media campaign, and stakeholder communications.

- Support event preparation for Spring 2026 stakeholder showcases.
- Coordinate alumni honoraria, permissions, and file organization.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfort engaging with alumni, community partners, and industry professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Attention to detail and interest in storytelling, research, or communications.
- Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, or basic content management is an asset.
- Background in communications, business, social sciences, public relations, journalism, or related areas is considered an advantage, but not required.
