Are you someone who loves connecting with people, creating positive first impressions, and helping families feel cared for and confident? Our established orthodontic practice is looking for a warm, outgoing Treatment Coordinator to join our team for a minimum 1-year maternity leave contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, relationship-focused environment and enjoys guiding patients through an exciting and meaningful milestone-their smile journey.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll be one of the first friendly faces families meet. You'll help them understand their treatment options, feel comfortable with financial details and navigate the experience with reassurance and ease. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Welcoming new patients and families with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
  • Presenting orthodontic treatment plans in a clear, relatable way
  • Discussing financial options, payment plans, and insurance
  • Listening to questions and concerns and providing thoughtful, patient-focused answers
  • Collaborating closely with our clinical and administrative teams; and communicating with Family Dentist, and Specialist
  • Helping to create a smooth, supportive, and memorable patient experience

  • A proactive problem solver who stays calm under pressure
  • Confident discussing finances in an approachable, patient manner
  • Orthodontic or dental experience is an asset (not required)
  • Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team oriented environment

Experience that helps (but is not required):

  • Orthodontic or dental office experience
  • Hospitality, customer service, or sales background

We are happy to train the right candidate who brings the right energy and attitude

What We Offer

  • Supportive, positive team environment
  • 4.5-day work week which would ideally start in January 2026; primarily our Burlington location, but some hours in Waterdown also
  • No evenings or weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
