Now Hiring: Fundraiser Representatives – Full-Time

Location: Mississauga, ON (Port Credit)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Pay: $500 – $1,000/week (average)

Start Date: As soon as humanly possible

About the Role

As a Fundraising Representative, you'll be the voice (and face) of powerful campaigns—helping charities/clients gain long-term support by engaging with the public in residential communities. You'll be creating meaningful change while flexing your sales and communication skills in the real world.

It's a little bit sales, a little bit outreach, and a whole lot of heart.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Chatting up lovely humans at their doors (residential fundraising)
  • Telling stories that matter, and asking for long-term donor support
  • Helping potential donors understand the difference their monthly gift can make
  • Processing donation info securely on Android devices
  • Filling out donor forms (no one loves paperwork, but it has to happen)
  • Attending daily hype-up meetings and skill-building training sessions
  • Collaborating with your team to hit fundraising goals like the rockstars you are
  • Smiling through the rejections (you'll hear "no" a lot—but you only need a few powerful "yes"es to change the world)
