Delivery Driver for Deliveries/Courier

Raven Force Couriers is looking to work with brokers with a team of drivers to deliver packages for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Load and deliver the assigned shipment effectively and efficiently;
  • Schedule and distribute routes to your drivers according to the needs;
  • Manage the arrival and departure of your drivers and track their progress throughout the day;
  • Use scanners and other equipment's with care and consideration and report technical issues to the supervisor's immediately;
  • Verify manifests and report any errors;
  • Drive in professional manner. Be alert on road while delivering by following all the rules and regulations;
  • Follow Delivery Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

About You and Your Team

  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn and able to deliver outstanding customer service;
  • Able to speak, read and write in English;
  • Able to work independently, follow direction as needed in a fast-paced and changing environment;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and well organized;
  • Previous delivery experience

Requirements

  • The vehicles you will require: minivan or SUV preferred
  • Class 5 driver license;
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs;
  • Smart phone with up to 3GB data;
  • Must have cargo insurance

Please note that the relationship between Owner Operators and Raven Force Couriers is via sub-contracting agreement, not an employee-employer relationship

Pay rate will be $1.6-$1.8/delivered package.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.85-$37.40 per hour
