Mechatronics D.S. offers turnkey development of complex automated equipment and robotic manufacturing lines. Required Qualifications:

Desired Experience:

  • Project management experience leading a $100k+ contract.
  • System level understanding of industrial PLC control, actuators, and robotics.
  • Demonstrated experience with machine development: requirement definition, conceptual design, 3D modeling/drafting, vendor coordination, assembly, commissioning, and starting up.
  • Experience integrating a wide range of technologies into complex systems: mechanism, actuators, sensors, and structural components.
  • Client facing experience.
  • Mentoring Experience.
  • Knowledge of hygienic equipment design and standards.
  • Knowledge of machine guarding. (CSA Z432-16)
  • Hands-on experience in assembly, machining, sheet metal fabrication, prototyping.
