Marketing Coordinator – Contract Position

Duration: 12 months (with potential for full-time conversion) as the brand continues to grow.
Start Date: December 8 – January 5, 2026
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to cover a min 12-month contact position. This role will oversee campaign execution, lead management, creative review, and cross-functional coordination while maintaining alignment with strategic marketing initiatives across a growing franchise system. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects across digital, creative, and operational channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management & Performance Tracking (25%)
- Support Franchise Marketing Manager with ongoing monthly reporting on marketing lead sources and campaign performance across all locations using system.
- Flag discrepancies and investigate solutions across marketing platforms and automated systems.
- Support deeper analysis of CPA targets and budget reallocations in collaboration with Franchise Marketing Manager.
2. Campaign Strategy & Digital Marketing Oversight (20%)
Support Franchise Marketing Manager with the execution of Google and Meta campaigns according to approved plans.
- Monitor and manage ad structures, pause underperforming campaigns, and reallocate budgets.
- Collaborate on campaign test plans and new campaign launches
3. Creative Review & Brand Messaging (15%)
- Oversee and manage the creative review process with the Creative and Media Agencies, ensuring headlines, signage mockups, and ad concepts are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
- Approve creative alongside franchise partners and maintain workflow approvals.
- Support with periodic ad production shoots and content refreshes in collaboration with creative team.
4. Workflow Optimization & Project Coordination (10%)
- Coordinate campaign rollouts, timelines, and approvals.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage action items and creative approvals across multiple projects and locations.
5. Corporate Projects & Website Agency Management (15%)
- Support website updates, landing page launches, and platform maintenance.
- Assist Franchise Marketing Manager with corporate initiatives, including new market launches (Canada, UK).
- Miscellaneous & Administrative Support (15%)
o Assist with ad hoc marketing projects as needed, such as developing and executing email campaigns through Mailchimp.
o Maintain records, reports, and marketing documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 – 3 years experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related marketing operations.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and digital campaign metrics.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify performance trends and recommend actionable changes.
- Experience reviewing and approving creative materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ability to communicate clearly with franchise partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or lead tracking tools (e.g., Zapier, Mailchimp, , Wordpress).
- Familiarity with franchise or multi-location marketing operations.
- Exposure to campaign planning and media budgeting.
Coverage Notes:
- This role will handle execution, monitoring, and coordination tasks while high-level strategic planning, final creative direction, and budget decisions will remain with senior leadership.
- Cross-functional collaboration is essential to ensure project deadlines and quarterly objectives are met.
Reporting & Collaboration:
- This role will be hired by the Marketing Director and reports to the Franchise Marketing Manager.
- Collaborates with Marketing Agencies, Operations, Franchise Partners, and external vendors.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $52,000.00 per year
