Job Description

FLINT is seeking a Journeyperson Lead Hand with construction experience for a temporary job in Wood Buffalo, AB, starting January 12, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a continuous schedule, 10-hour workdays, camp accommodations, travel pay, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in construction Industry. Lead hand experience is required.
  • Valid Journeyperson Electrician or Instrumentation certificate/ticket.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
    • CSTS-2020
    • H2S Alive
    • Aerial Work Platform
    • Fall Protection
    • Standard First Aid
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Must have own reliable transportation to site.
Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
