Specializing in the Dairy, Hog, Grain, Poultry and Manure Management sectors, we provide our farming partners with custom tailored Design-Build, Service and Supply solutions.

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Manitoba team with opportunity to work out of our Blumenort and Winnipeg offices. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing, branding, and advertising activities to establish the company's corporate identity and brand image and increase customer satisfaction.

Duties include:

  • Execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including planning, coordinating timelines and assets as needed, drafting various channel content, tracking performance, and post-campaign review
  • Planning, scheduling, and creation of content including graphics, reels and stories across various social media platforms, engaging with audiences, tracking analytics and adjusting strategy as necessary
  • Managing end-to-end logistics for tradeshows and various other industry events including booth design/layout, promotional materials, set-up, event registration, and executing lead capture strategies
  • Brand and creative execution ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines, collaboration with design teams to produce on-brand visuals, and maintenance of asset libraries and templates
  • Management of all co-op programs regionally

Skills Required:

  • Degree in Marketing and/or minimum 3 years' experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software
  • Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, and web analytics
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or InDesign
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding creativity, insight, and a positive, go-to attitude
  • Impeccable interpersonal and customer-oriented skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
