In this role, you will operate molding presses, handle and load fiberglass molding compounds, inspect finished products, and perform finishing tasks.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain molding presses for fiberglass door slabs .Set up and interchange molding jobs as required.Accurately measure, cut, and load fiberglass molding compounds into presses.Inspect products for quality, perform de-flashing, and ensure finished products meet specifications.Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety protocols.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and move materials weighing 20–25 lbs. regularly.Capability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.Skills and Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.Technical aptitude and ability to operate machinery safely.Physical stamina and endurance.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Why Join Weber?At Weber, our press operators work with fiberglass slabs that are reshaping the door industry, offering a unique opportunity in a growing and stable market.
