We are looking for a Permanent Full-Time candidate with Open availability, who can work flexible hours and who can work all types of shifts. This includes opening shifts, mid-day shifts, and closing shifts and possesses weekend availability.

The Key Holder/Crew Member is responsible for opening and closing the store according to scheduled hours. Acting as the primary customer contact, they ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in line with corporate standards. Key responsibilities include stocking, rotating, and preparing raw materials and menu items.

Maintaining a clean and organized workstation is essential, as is managing dishwashing tasks and adhering to daily and weekly cleaning routines. A comprehensive understanding of the menu, recipes, and product knowledge is necessary.

Exceptional customer service is a critical component of this role, involving enthusiastic greetings, addressing inquiries, providing product recommendations, and accommodating dietary needs and allergies. The Key Holder/Crew Member also handles cash, debit, and credit transactions, balances tills during opening and closing, and efficiently receives and stores large product shipments.

In addition to these duties, they supervise junior staff during shifts, assist in training new employees, and oversee store operations while reporting to the on-duty supervisor or store manager.

Required: Successful completion of the Ontario Food Handler Certificate within 30 days of the scheduled start date.

Crew Member Job Requirements:

- Prepare smoothies, fresh juice, wraps/paninis, and other food items for customers.

  • Serve customers in a friendly and timely manner. Act as a point of reference to answer questions regarding allergens, health benefits, etc.

  • Clean and maintain dishes, equipment, and store.

  • Restock supplies, conduct food preparation and maintain store cleanliness during downtime.

The Successful candidate MUST:

  • Outgoing and enjoys serving customers.

  • Able to handle money, count cash and change accurately.

  • Willing and capable of working alone.

  • Work well under pressure, especially when working alone.

  • Self-starter and multi-tasker to manage and complete work effectively and timely.

  • Have the stamina to work on feet for long periods of time (5-10 hour shifts).

  • Already have or are willing to obtain their Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of their scheduled start date.

  • Be fully flexible with our operating hours and anticipated hours. Anticipated hours per week: 30-40 hours.

Store Operating Hours:

Monday-Friday: 7 am-9 pm

Saturday: 8 am-9 pm

Sunday/Holiday: 9 am-8 pm

Flexible Hours Ranging from 30-40 hours per week.
