We built the category, the audience, and the methodology. Now we're scaling from a multi-million dollar business to a $50M+ category leader, and transforming how an entire industry buys.

What You'll Actually Do
This isn't a "run 47 experiments and hope" growth role. Your one mission:
Turn our existing audience into predictable, repeatable revenue.
You'll own three mandates:
1 Fix the Conversion Bottleneck
We have traffic, leads, and a trusted audience. You'll redesign our Roadmap offer into a "try-before-you-buy" engine that naturally leads into implementation.
2 Build the Revenue Machine
You own growth P&L. Every dollar spent needs to generate predictable returns—and when it does, you get the budget and freedom to scale.
3 Lead Through Systems, Not Heroics
You're not a lone wolf. You'll install playbooks and lead a team (designers, writers, advisors, content creators) so growth happens without you in every decision.

Compensation & Incentives
Performance-based pay with upside:
- Quarterly bonuses tied to funnel conversion + Roadmap sales
- Profit-sharing once your pod hits ≥25% above break-even
- Roadmap sales accelerators as volume scales
- Net new MRR bonus structure
- Participation in company profit sharing with tiered advancement

Your First 90 Days
Weeks 1–2: Learn the Engine
- Audit offers, funnels, content, ads, and customer journey
- Talk to Roadmap buyers
- Meet the team and assess strengths
Weeks 3–8: Fix Conversion
- Rebuild the Roadmap offer with new hooks, guarantees, pricing
- Launch and track take-rate
- Codify into a repeatable playbook
Weeks 9–12: Build the Growth System
- Install scorecards (site→lead→client metrics)
- Create SOPs for repeatable growth plays
- Hit 4–5 Roadmaps/week and build toward $83K+ MRR
