What You'll Actually Do

This isn't a "run 47 experiments and hope" growth role. Your one mission:

Turn our existing audience into predictable, repeatable revenue.

You'll own three mandates:

1 Fix the Conversion Bottleneck

We have traffic, leads, and a trusted audience. You'll redesign our Roadmap offer into a "try-before-you-buy" engine that naturally leads into implementation.

2 Build the Revenue Machine

You own growth P&L. Every dollar spent needs to generate predictable returns—and when it does, you get the budget and freedom to scale.

3 Lead Through Systems, Not Heroics

You're not a lone wolf. You'll install playbooks and lead a team (designers, writers, advisors, content creators) so growth happens without you in every decision.

Compensation & Incentives

Your First 90 Days

Weeks 1–2: Learn the Engine

  • Audit offers, funnels, content, ads, and customer journey
  • Talk to Roadmap buyers
  • Meet the team and assess strengths

Weeks 3–8: Fix Conversion

  • Rebuild the Roadmap offer with new hooks, guarantees, pricing
  • Launch and track take-rate
  • Codify into a repeatable playbook

Weeks 9–12: Build the Growth System

  • Install scorecards (site→lead→client metrics)
  • Create SOPs for repeatable growth plays
  • Hit 4–5 Roadmaps/week and build toward $83K+ MRR
