Stewart, Esten LLP is a modern and progressive law firm with traditions steeped in history. Located in Barrie, Ontario, it is one of the oldest law firms in Simcoe County, tracing its roots back to 1871. The Firm is seeking a full-time law clerk to assist in their thriving family law & Civil litigation departments.

The successful candidate will be conscientious, resourceful, detail-oriented and have excellent communications skills. The position will require the opening and closing of files, managing intake for new clients, drafting correspondence and pleadings, scheduling and maintaining calendars, preparing monthly accounts, and generally overseeing and maintaining all aspects of active files. Completion of law clerk program recognized by the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario diploma is a strong asset.
