Position Summary:

This role bridges communication between our team, clients, and community partners. You'll support business development, maintain client relationships, and help expand our brand presence through effective communication and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations & Business Development:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and outreach strategies.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and follow-ups for prospective clients.
  • Support project coordination and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients.

Communications & Marketing:

  • Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Develop engaging posts, stories, and updates that highlight company initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with the team for marketing campaigns, visuals, and client announcements.
  • Track engagement metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Contribute to newsletters, promotional materials, and community engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in client service, business development, or communications.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with social media management and basic marketing tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.).
  • Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and eager to learn about sustainability and green innovation.
