Teamendous is a contemporary tea house at CF Shops at Don Mills, serving traditional Chinese teas and modern tea drinks in a visually creative space. This role is for a casual, creative short-form video editor and producer who can capture that atmosphere in 15–60 second TikTok and Reels-style videos that highlight our drinks, rituals, and in-store experience.​

Responsibilities

  • Plan and pitch short-form video concepts (15–60 seconds) focused on our teas, drinks, and shop moments
  • Come on-site to film content at Teamendous in CF Shops at Don Mills, including basic framing, lighting, and audio​
  • Edit videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels (cuts, pacing, music, captions, and basic effects)
  • Incorporate relevant trends and sounds while staying true to the Teamendous brand and vibe​
  • Deliver finalized files in platform-ready formats and aspect ratios
  • Work with the Teamendous team on creative direction, product focus, and feedback

Requirements

  • Portfolio of short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts or similar) is required
  • Experience using video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.)
  • Comfortable filming on-site at 10 Karl Fraser Rd, North York, ON (inside CF Shops at Don Mills)​
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and what performs on social platforms
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage projects independently
  • Open to all levels from freelancers to experienced creators

Compensation

  • Paid per video
  • Rate will depend on quality, experience, and complexity of each project
  • Potential for ongoing, repeated work if there is a strong fit
