The Georgian Peaks Club is a private ski club located in the heart of the Blue Mountains, Ontario. Known for its welcoming community, exceptional alpine programs, and memorable Member experiences, Georgian Peaks provides Members and guests with an unparalleled blend of sport, social connection, and elevated hospitality.

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative Member Experience Coordinator
to join our team for the upcoming winter season. Reporting to the Member Experience Manager, this role supports events, communications, and corporate group experiences across the Club. It's an exciting opportunity to play a key part in creating unforgettable moments for our Members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination

  • Provide planning, logistical, and onsite support for all Club events and experiences.
  • Assist with ticketing, registration, and guest list management.
  • Support day-of event coordination, including décor setup, vendor liaison, and member engagement.
  • Execute social media coverage and photography onsite for sponsors and Club communications.
  • Assist in post-event follow-up, reporting, and asset organization.

Member Experience & Club Programming

  • Supervise, schedule, and oversee the Tween Club Supervisor.
  • Support daily Club programming, activations, and new member experiences.
  • Contribute to the execution of the Clubhouse Experience—helping maintain décor, visual merchandising, and atmosphere.

Corporate Groups & Events

  • Serve as the on-site contact for all corporate groups during the winter season (January–March).
  • Coordinate day-of logistics, setup, and vendor communication.
  • Manage final payments, confirmations, and post-event follow-up.
  • Assist the Manager with planning and documentation for group and private events.

Communications & Social Media

  • Capture and share engaging content during Club events for social media platforms.
  • Source, draft, and distribute staff and departmental eblasts; manage scheduling and posting.
  • Support photography, video, and content development for internal and external storytelling.
  • Collaborate on event-related communications and sponsor recognition.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in events, communications, marketing, or member services (hospitality or private club experience is an asset).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a service-driven mindset.
