About the Role

At Kildare Renovations, we take pride in delivering high-quality residential renovations with craftsmanship at the core. We're looking for some 3rd and 4th year Carpenter Apprentices who understand the nuances of working in lived-in spaces, appreciate precision, and take pride in their finishing details that turn houses into homes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Execute framing, boarding, and finishing work with a high level of detail and care.
  • Install and trim interior features such as doors, baseboards, casing, cabinetry, and stair components.
  • Perform drywall hanging and finishing to a clean, paint-ready standard.
  • Collaborate with your Foreman and Project Manager to ensure scope and details are completed to spec.
  • Contribute to layout, prep, and sequencing on-site to keep projects on track.
  • Tackle structural and cosmetic repairs with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful work environment—especially in occupied homes.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential construction or renovations.
  • Proficiency in framing, drywall, trim work, and general interior finishing.
  • Confidence working from drawings and site measurements.
  • Solid understanding of how to prep and execute high-end finishes.
  • Ability to self-manage tasks, take initiative, and deliver consistent quality.
  • Strong communication and a collaborative attitude.
