position overview:

As an Architectural Technician, you will collaborate with our in-house Architect, gaining hands-on experience in the design and management of various property projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity for young designers to learn the practice of architecture while contributing to impactful developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and meetings for various property development projects.
  • Support for the project team in creating detailed models and visualizations using software such as Revit.
  • Conduct site analysis and research zoning regulations, building codes, and industry standards to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with the team members on design reviews and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions.
  • Help prepare documentation for project proposals.
  • Attend project site visits to observe construction progress and gather insights for design adjustments.
  • Participate in meetings with coworkers, contractors, and stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Architectural design software such as Revit.
  • Basic understanding of property development processes, including design, planning and construction.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
