Construction Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in the Construction industry. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, providing ample opportunities for driven individuals to excel and reap the rewards of their efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and connect with builders, developers, and property management companies
  • Visit job sites to meet project managers and superintendents
  • Obtain bid invitations and follow up on tenders and proposals
  • Prepare and submit quotations with support from estimating team
  • Attend industry networking events and meetings
  • Maintain CRM tracking and provide weekly pipeline reports
  • Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in construction or building materials (preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable visiting job sites and initiating conversations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
  • Ability to understand exterior scopes (training provided)
