Position Overview
As a Sales Representative at Culligan Regina, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Culligan's products and services across residential and commercial markets. This includes bottle-free water coolers, bottled water and ice supply contracts for retail stores, convenience stores, and gas stations, as well as residential water treatment equipment. You will work both in-town and out-of-town territories, with a focus on developing new business through lead generation, cold calling, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Culligan's water and ice solutions to businesses and residential customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail stores, convenience stores, and gas stations to secure water and ice contracts.
  • Present and demonstrate Culligan bottle-free coolers and residential water treatment systems.
  • Generate and qualify leads through door-to-door visits, networking, and follow-up.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular activity reports.
  • Represent Culligan professionally at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand integrity.
  • Travel to surrounding communities as required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in direct sales or door-to-door sales (water, beverage, or service industry experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and generate your own leads.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable transportation.
  • Basic computer skills for email, CRM updates, and reporting.
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and a strong customer service focus.
  • Must have reliable transportation

Schedule
  • Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Compensation: $80, $120,000.00 per year
