Our office is seeking a office adminstrator / Treatment Coordinator who has excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Canadian Dental office experience is a must, this is a demanding, full-time position that requires the ability to work well within a team, good organizational skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Our Treatment Coordinator functions as the administrator for the treatment program, including managing treatment files and billing, managing day by day operations, computer skills required as well as experience in dental office operating software. Experience working with ABELDENT is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls from clients who are seeking treatment and schedule appointments.
  • Provide information about treatment options to clients and prepare estimates for the treatment plans.
  • Assist with transfer of patients to other facilities if necessary.
  • Identify and contact clients who are missing scheduled appointments.
  • Establish good working relationships with health care professionals, including doctors, nurses, therapists, and social workers, and the office staff.
  • Willing to work after hours in office or remotely if needed.
  • Manage payments and account receivables.
