Our Sales Representatives are entrusted with:

• Connecting with potential customers through residential and community outreach.
• Presenting products and services tailored to meet individual customer needs.
• Building trust and fostering strong customer relationships by deeply understanding their needs.
• Achieving and surpassing sales targets with confidence and professionalism.
• Collaborating with your team to share insights and strategize for success.
• Treating customer information with care, accurately recording details in our CRM system, and managing sensitive information responsibly.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office and G Suite to communicate with internal teams and track progress effectively.
• Splitting your time between dynamic in-office sessions and hands-on in-field work.

We Are Looking For:

• Confidence and clarity in communication, with a knack for connecting with people.

• Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not essential - we will train you.
• Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, based in our Victoria office.
• Willingness to undergo a company-sponsored background check to complete the hiring process.
