As we continue to grow and expand our teams, we are currently seeking PART TIME BOOKKEEPER for our head office.
This BOOKKEEPER will assist in the daily/monthly/yearly gift cards reconciliation, as well as assist with various special projects and ad hoc requests.
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Daily Gift Cards transactions posting
· Daily Gift Cards reconciliation with Givex reports
· Monthly/yearly Gift Cards reconciliation and adjustments
· Assist with monthly/yearly Gift Cards closing procedure
· Assist with various special projects and ad hoc requests
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Working Experience:
· A related field working experience is typically an asset
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
· Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and standards
Soft Skills:
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
TO WORK FOR US: You MUST have valid proof of Social Insurance Number and be legal to work in Canada with proof as a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Residence or Valid Work Permit.
