Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Tutors to join our team. As a tutor at Math4Me, you will work closely with students to build their confidence, strengthen foundational skills, and help them achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on each student's learning plan.
- Assess students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Support students in developing effective study habits and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate regularly with the center manager and team members to ensure consistent learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Strong academic background in Math, English, or Science.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is an asset (training provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, reliable, and passionate about helping students succeed.
- High school graduates, university students, or degree holders are all welcome to apply.
