We focus on improving the health and well-being of people in South-East Ottawa, especially those who face barriers to accessing care. • The chance to make a meaningful impact in a Community Health Centre (CHC) model that applies a health equity, anti-racism, and anti-oppression lens.

What You Bring:

  • Licensed to practice as a Family Physician by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
  • Experience in primary care, with a strong understanding of community health and the social determinants of health.
  • Commitment to working with diverse and multicultural populations, including newcomers, uninsured individuals, and those with complex health needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; proficiency in French and/or other languages representing our community (e.g., Arabic, Somali) is a strong asset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse interprofessional team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including participation in on-call rotations.
  • Successful completion of a Police Record Check and proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
