community-led, decentralized event series

showcasing Toronto as a global hub of technology and creativity. From
May 25–29, 2026

, thousands of founders, investors, operators, and builders will gather across the city for hundreds of independently hosted events — each designed to foster meaningful connections, spark new ideas, and amplify Canadian innovation on the world stage.

In 2025, TTW brought together
15,000+ attendees, 315+ events, 418+ hosts, 27 neighbourhoods, and 538+ speakers

—making it the largest grassroots tech gathering in Canada.

The Role:

We're looking for an
Operations Manager

to be the backbone of TTW 2026. You'll keep our operations humming, support event hosts, and help deliver experiences that put Toronto's tech ecosystem on the map.

This role blends
event production, community management, and operational excellence

. You'll work closely with our co-directors to bring TTW to life — from the planning months to the adrenaline-filled week itself.

What You'll Do:

Operations & Administration

  • Own day-to-day operations across the organizing committee.
  • Manage expense tracking, reimbursements, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle inboxes, scheduling, and communications to keep everything running smoothly.

Community & Host Support

  • Serve as the go-to contact for event hosts.
  • Guide hosts through onboarding to the TTW Master Calendar.
  • Answer questions, share resources, and ensure events reflect TTW values.
  • Foster a supportive, connected community of organizers.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Help plan and execute TTW's MainStage event:
    Homecoming

- Support sponsor activations, curated dinners, and other official touchpoints.
- Coordinate on-site logistics during Tech Week — from volunteers to signage to last-minute problem solving.

Marketing & Communications

  • Draft and edit newsletters, host communications, and social content.
  • Ensure all messaging reflects TTW's
    inclusive, energized, and community-first voice
