Working closely with the Director of Cybersecurity, SOC Manager, VP Technology, and Project teams, the SOC Delivery/Program Manager ensures that services are delivered on time, to scope, and to defined service levels.

4. Delivery Oversight & Escalation

  • Own delivery schedules and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Identify delivery risks early, escalate appropriately, and drive mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate with the SOC Manager to ensure operational readiness at each onboarding stage.
  • Ensure delivery processes are documented, standardized, and repeatable.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify delivery process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Contribute to the development of onboarding playbooks, service runbooks, and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with VP Technology to align platform capacity and readiness with delivery timelines.

6. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with member institutions during onboarding and early operational phases.
  • Act as a delivery liaison between members and internal SOC functions.
  • Support Director Cybersecurity in external reporting and communications.

Your professional toolkit should include:
