Role Description

This is a full-time and on-site position located in North Bay, ON. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for fostering relationships with clients, managing inbound inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities. This role includes maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, preparing proposals and quotes, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will also be tasked with collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure success.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to identify and follow up on potential opportunities
  • Proficient communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to generate proposals, quotes, and manage sales reporting with a detail-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in relevant software, such as ERP tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities, ensuring deadlines and sales targets are met
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and strong problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in sales or the mining industry will be an asset
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
