About Us

This is a unique opportunity to become an integral member of the sales and marketing team of a scale-up health-tech company. We're looking for a Customer Success & Marketing Associate to join our growing team and support both customer engagement and marketing initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, loves working with customers, and enjoys coordinating marketing efforts that drive measurable impact.

Care1 is a revenue-generating medical AI and technology company that is changing the way eye doctors think about patient care.

Our cloud-based software connects eye doctors (ophthalmologists and optometrists) allowing them to screen, diagnose, and treat patients remotely. We also implement deep learning AI models for the automatic detection and treatment of complex eyecare diseases. Over the past decade we have grown Care1 to integrate with over 300 eye doctors across Canada, who have used our platform to deliver care to over 150,000 patients. This makes the Care1 network one of the largest tele-eyecare networks worldwide.

Our in-house software engineering team has also developed the world's most advanced deep learning artificially intelligent software for medical eye care. Our vision is to become the leading eyecare AI platform in the world.

Responsibilities

Customer Success

  • Assist in onboarding new clinics and clinicians, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Maintain regular communication with users, providing training, support, and updates on platform features.
  • Track product feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve the user experience.
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, guides, and communications.

Marketing Operations

  • Support execution of email campaigns, newsletters, and social media initiatives.
  • Assist with content creation (case studies, testimonials, product updates, promotional materials).
  • Coordinate webinars, virtual events, and outreach campaigns to expand our customer base.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer success, marketing, or account coordination, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or tech.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
