Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of building exteriors, including walls, windows, roofs, gutters, and other surfaces using pressure washers, eco-friendly cleaning solutions, and hand tools.
  • Inspect properties to identify areas requiring special attention or repair before cleaning begins.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all tools are in optimal condition for each job.
  • Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or damage during cleaning procedures.
  • Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations for exterior maintenance.
  • Document completed work with detailed reports and photos when necessary for quality assurance.
  • Manage time effectively to complete scheduled jobs promptly while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment at job sites as needed.

Experience

  • Prior experience in exterior cleaning, pressure washing, or related outdoor maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right motivated candidate.
  • Ability to operate pressure washers, ladders, scaffolding, and other outdoor equipment safely.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional results on every project.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills continuously.
