Business Hours:
Monday-Friday; 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Advising on the launch and distribution of private pooled and alternative funds
- Providing legal support to real estate, infrastructure and private credit investment teams
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and documentation
- Providing legal and regulatory advice in relation to investment funds, portfolio management, and fund management services
- Working on strategic initiatives, including global distribution projects
- Working with internal stakeholders and managing external counsel to achieve business objectives
- Providing advice on corporate governance and other regulatory matters
Experience & Qualification Requirement:
- Bachelor of Law or LLB
- 5-7 Years of Relevant Experience
- Handle any work in the asset management, handling any real estate, negotiating contracts, working on changes on contracts, infrastructure and private credit investment teams, security regulator
- Law firm and/or in-house position practicing securities law
- Regulatory securities experience
- Strong communication – written/ verbal
- Prior investment funds or asset management experience
- Critical thinking
- Good judgment
