Your New Role

We're looking for a
Product Design Lead (Contract-to-Hire)
to lead the design of a suite of complex enterprise tools. This is an in-office role where you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on design execution. You'll lead discovery, map user journeys, and create intuitive UX/UI solutions that solve real operational challenges. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Business stakeholders, you'll transform insights into designs that drive impact.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Experience:
    5+ years in Product UX/UI Design, including at least 1 year in a lead role.
  • Domain Knowledge:
    Background in operations-heavy environments (e.g., supply chain, inventory, food tech, logistics).
  • Skills:
  • Strong product thinking and systems design approach.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with emerging Generative AI tools (Cursor, V0, Loveable, ).
  • Ability to lead user research, usability testing, and facilitate workshops.
  • Mindset:
    Human-centered, collaborative, and adaptable—able to create clarity out of complexity.
  • Bonus:
    Experience designing ERP or SaaS tools with complex workflows.
