Our successful patient focused dental implant specialty office is seeking a full-time (Mon-Fri) dental receptionist.

The ideal candidate is positive, empathetic, mature, friendly, organized and able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, dental office environment.

The responsibilities include, communicating with patients in person and via phone, text & email, record keeping, filing, tracking, computer processing, general administrative tasks and communicating with referring and partner offices. Minimum 3 years of dental experience and excellent communication skills are REQUIRED. Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is considered an asset.
