How It Works

The Caredara app makes everything seamless:

  • Set Your Availability – Toggle on/off when you're ready to work.
  • Get Matched or Pick Cases – Either select clients directly or let us match you based on your skills and availability.
  • Accept Visits Instantly – View visit details (rate, location, service type), then click to accept.
  • Get Rated & Rebooked – Build relationships with clients and get rebooked for future care.
  • Get Paid Weekly – Payments go directly to you — no delays, no confusion.

You'll be providing in-home care services that match your scope of practice — from personal care and medication support to post-surgical assistance and companionship.

Pilot Details

  • Location: Halton Region (Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Halton Hills)
  • Start Date: Early Fall 2025
  • Commitment: You set your own hours — part-time, casual, or full-time flexibility.
  • App Training: All pilot participants receive access to onboarding to help you understand the app, earn great ratings, and deliver amazing service.
