Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Brampton, ON. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for onsite supervision and coordination of construction activities, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols are adhered to. You will oversee site operations, inspect work to ensure compliance with regulations and specifications, and provide leadership to the construction team. Collaboration with clients, contractors, and inspectors will be a core part of your role to maintain efficient workflows and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven Supervisory Skills and expertise in Site Supervision, including managing teams and overseeing construction activities efficiently
  • Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Inspection and Construction Safety practices, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Previous experience in construction management or a related field
  • Trade certification or a diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is an asset
