As an Accounts Receivable Clerk at Calibre, Inc., you will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and supporting the finance department with general accounting tasks. You will play a critical role in maintaining healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process and record daily incoming payments.

· Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

· Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.

· Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.

· Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's ERP system (Prophet 21/P21 experience is a plus).

· Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and provide customer service support as needed.

· Generate reports for management on account aging and collection status.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in an accounts receivable or accounting role.

· Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Prophet 21 (P21), is highly beneficial.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
