As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Field Service Technician at H.E.P.A. Filter Services Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing H.E.P.A. filtration systems and equipment for our clients within the Greater Toronto Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, preferably with experience in lab equipment or HVAC systems. This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills, as collaboration with clients and internal teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of H.E.P.A. filtration systems and equipment.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments of lab equipment or HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific filtration needs and provide technical support as necessary.
  • Install, replace, and upgrade H.E.P.A. filters according to industry standards and client requirements.
  • Keep detailed records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, equipment status, and any repairs performed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance technical expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Field service experience is preferred.
  • Technical background with experience in servicing lab equipment or HVAC systems is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle with willingness to travel within the GTA for on-site service visits.
  • Valid Canadian Passport
