Job Summary
Introba is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Aviation Security lead. The successful candidate will work with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategies to achieve those objectives related to regulatory compliance, passenger experience, and other related security considerations. Candidates with physical security expertise are preferred.
They will also provide guidance on technology selection, implementation, and adoption, lead and manage aviation security projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams. In addition, they will provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of security design, implementation, and management.
The successful candidate will lead strategic planning, concept design, and the development of technical requirements for security systems. This role requires a deep understanding of security technologies, industry best practices, and the ability to provide expert guidance to clients in diverse environments.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to identify business objectives and develop security strategies to achieve those objectives.
- Lead the development of comprehensive security plans tailored to client needs, considering risk assessments, threat analysis, and business objectives.
- Develop innovative security solutions by translating strategic objectives into actionable design concepts, including layouts, system architecture, and technology selection.
- Define detailed technical requirements for security systems, ensuring alignment with client objectives, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct assessments of clients' current capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop business cases and roadmaps for security initiatives.
- Provide guidance on technology selection, implementation, and adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and manage aviation security projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
- Monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation initiatives to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project teams, including internal staff and external vendors, to ensure that project goals are achieved.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of security technologies, processes, regulations, and passenger throughput.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify opportunities for advanced security and passenger processing.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in aviation security and related emerging solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, computer science, or a related professional experience.
- 10+ years' experience in Aviation security planning, design, and management.
- Experience leading projects requiring review and implementation of security technologies and associated processes in the airport environment.
- Knowledge of the technology stack required for large-scale enterprise architecture.
- Technical skills across the project lifecycle including proficiency in common design and construction software platforms (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, ESRI, Bluebeam).
- In-depth knowledge of security technologies, including access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, Airport Operations Centers, and integrated security management systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital transformation in key aviation areas including passenger experience, operations, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies, including cloud computing, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and IoT.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams; ability to serve as trusted advisor to clients and partners.
- Ability to travel to client sites about 20%

Introba is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $140,000- $210,000 annually for this position and local market.
