Hi There,

We are looking for an administrative and front desk employee for our multi-disciplinary healthcare clinic, Total Body Health.

We are currently offering a PART TIME or FULL TIME position. Our office hours are:

Monday-Friday: 7:30am-8pm

Saturday: 7:30am-1pm

With some flexibility to cover sick leave or holidays.

We are currently located in a brand new location in Cordova Bay, in the Haro. Across the street from the beach house restaurant

We are looking for someone who:

1) Is a great communicator who is highly organized and detail-oriented. You probably have worked in the service industry because you're great with people and love working in a dynamic environment, and enjoy helping people.

2) The work you'll be doing is typically alongside another Office Assistant and you will be in almost constant communication with patients.

3) Is capable of balancing multiple tasks while maintaining a calm, positive tone and temperament.

4) Is very dependable and reliable and shifts can change.

5) Is calm and relaxed, but always pushing to get things done. It's important that you like to take responsibility, and your main focus is always delivering results. This work is designed for the talented communicator who is highly organized and capable of multi-tasking. It will require you to keep checklists and work from them. We are really looking for someone who is great with people, dependable, and organized in their work life and personal life.

It will be considered a strong asset and preference for applicants with the following experience:


Reception / Customer Service

Accounts Receivable / Payable

Office Administration

Billing: MSP, WCB, ICBC

Experience with considered a plus
