Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage walk-in and online customers with a customer-first mindset.
  • Deliver persuasive vehicle presentations and coordinate test drives.
  • Proactively follow up on leads from the website, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Manage the full sales process, including pricing, trade-ins, and financing options.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client details in the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date on inventory, market pricing, and promotions to maximize sale.

Qualifications

  • Valid VSA Sales License
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
  • Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean driving abstract
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools an asset

Work Schedule

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Two days off each week, scheduled on a flexible basis
